Service Rates - Professional Civil Process

Texas Service Rates:

Attempt Requirements: one (1) attempt before 10:30am, one (1) attempt after 6:00pm, one (1) attempt on Saturday, one (1) additional attempt

Regular Service	1st attempt within 96 hours (4 days) of receipt of complete service packet and up to 4 attempts	$95.00 per address
Rush Service	1st attempt within 48 hours (2 days) of receipt of complete service packet and up to 4 attempts	$125.00 per address
Priority Service	1st attempt within 24 hours (1 day) of receipt of complete service packet and up to 4 attempts	$155.00 per address
Certified Mail	Service mailed via certified mail without a signed 106 order (restricted delivery)	$75.00 per address
